hello!

when practised with purpose, yoga has incredible power to transform.


not only does it support the physical body’s mobility, strength, and balance, but this practise can be revolutionary for our mental wellbeing and sense of spirituality or oneness.


It’s fascinating to me. I will always be a student first, teacher second.


my name is Rosie. I am passionate about sharing yoga’s potential to help us, put simply, feel good. when we feel good, we treat each other well.


as my own practise is based in ashtanga, my instruction has deep reverence for these traditions - the 8 limbs of yoga, of which posture is only one part. however, individual expression and play is what keeps it fun! I invite you to explore these contradictions and so much more with me.
